Do I need to go to a gym?+

No — not in Phase 1. Results in the first 6–8 weeks are built entirely through nutrition and psychology. Exercise may be incorporated in later phases but is never a requirement.

How long does the program take?+

The full program typically takes 6–12 months. Phase 1 is 6–8 weeks. Phase 2 continues until goal weight is reached. Phase 3 (Reverse Diet) takes 3–4 months. Phase 4 (Maintenance) takes approximately half the time of your weight loss phase.

Will I be hungry all the time?+

No. Clients consistently report not feeling deprived or hungry. Carbs are allowed and the plan is built around your real life — never extreme.
