Are you aiming to take your fitness level to a new personal best? My answer to this question was a resounding ‘Yes”! I had been working out on my own at a decent gym and tried my best to stay motivated, having always understood the importance of staying in shape. After years of weight fluctuation and wanting to see more definite results, I made the decision to invest in my health by hiring Ruslan Kedik as my personal trainer.

 
The results of becoming one of his selected clients were nothing short of amazing. In just nine months, I lost thirty pounds, went from a size 40 inch waist to a 34 inch waist and my body fat level dropped from 28% to 16%. My overall strength and endurance factors increased dramatically. Ruslan was consistently supportive and held me accountable to my target goals. I found the workout routines were interesting and I looked forward to every session.
 

Not only was my outside appearance changing, Ruslan set me up with an awesome nutrition plan including extra fruit, vegetables and increased my protein and healthy fats intake which enabled me to intensify my workout level.
 


It has been 18 months since I have completed my nine months of training. I continue to work-out on my own, but I am genuinely focused on maintaining my personal fitness goals and great new physic. Thank you, Ruslan. I have never felt or looked better in my life!

It's been about eight months now that I've been working with Ruslan, and he has more than delivered. I no longer have any hamstring or lower-back pain when playing sports.
