Not in the greatest shape? Gaining unwanted body fat?  Do you have aches and pains that don't go away? Are you tired and stressed all the time?  Think it’s all part of aging?

  • Doctors tell you, “These things happen as we grow older.”
  • Trainers tell you, “It will take at least two years for you to reach your goals” or “Your pain will work itself out.”
  • Friends say, “That’s life – what do you expect?”
  • Family says, “Deal with it.” 
Having professionals tell you it’s all right to be in pain because of your age doesn’t    sound right to me. And it isn’t. You’ve been conditioned to think that aging means   gaining weight because the metabolism is slowing down or that you have to accept your body the way it is because it’s part of your genetic makeup. Maybe you’ve been told that because you’re 'big boned' you’ll always be dealing with weight issues.   These and other myths are scientifically unfounded or outdated. 
 
If you are ready to achieve your optimum health, body composition, nutrition, and performance goals, consider having me, Ruslan Kedik, in your corner to support you and guide you to success. Here is my outlook on improving your health and living life to its fullest:

  • It is possible to look and feel better than you’ve ever felt before, at any age, even in your 60s!
  • Metabolism will slow down, but only if you let it!
  • Aches and pains will not work themselves out: if you want to eliminate them, treat the cause!
  • Life is what you make it; if you choose to live at your peak, you will!
  • Someone who has never had to lose 40 pounds of fat has no idea how hard it is. You need to work with someone who’s been there.
If you’re ready to reach your peak potential, I am proud to offer you my services.  I am here to deliver straightforward, real-world information and a results-based program. 

  • I am not here to tell you that it’s only going to take you three workouts a week at 20 minutes per workout to get to your goal.  You have to train hard and train smart. Nothing worth having is easy to get.
  • I am not here to tell you that you can reach your goals while enjoying your favourite (junk) foods and your current lifestyle.  The reason you feel the way you do today is because of your current lifestyle.  This has to change. Are you ready for it?
You don’t have to do this on your own.  A professional with a positive attitude and the drive to see you succeed is a key factor in reaching your personal best. As a fitness professional, I take pride in being able to take the guesswork out of getting healthier. The customized training programs I design, complete with ongoing personal support, incorporate the best techniques for achieving maximum results, so you never have to worry about whether your program will work, or if there is something you should be doing differently. If you follow through and work hard, I will ensure that you see progress.
