Chances are, after watching shows like ‘The Biggest Loser’ or seeing trainers at your local health club, you think that a trainers job is to push you through your workouts, count reps for you, motivate you and make you hurt? That's true of some trainers, but Ruslan offers much more.

What to expect?
Having Ruslan as your coach makes your experience about YOU, and no one else.  Ruslan’s job is to detect your trouble areas, the reasons that have been holding you back for years from losing fat. Ruslan will help you problem solve  and coach you on how you can reach your potential. 

You see, exercise is only one component – a tool – to help you reach your goals. On it's own, it is not a complete solution. 

Ruslan incorporates a whole body and lifestyle approach to creating a program that will work for you. Your coaching experience begins with very thorough analysis:


  • Hormonal Status – by knowing what imbalances you may have and correcting them via lifestyle coaching, nutritional coaching and training, we will be able to help you drop fat and improve your health very quickly. Analysis will include: Insulin, Cortisol, Estrogen, Androgens, Growth Hormone and Thyroid status. 
  • Nutrient Status – do you have deficiencies or imbalances of vital nutrients such as zinc, hcl, magnesium, fatty acids, amino acids, and more?  By correcting these deficiencies you will start feeling better right away, your sleep quality will improve, and your digestion, mood and energy will be back to normal.
  • Kinetic Chain Analysis – Ruslan will test how well you move by having you execute specific movements and then determining any body compensation habits, muscular imbalances, joint mobility restrictions/hyper mobility, or other issues that may be hindering your progress. This screening allows Ruslan to design a customized strength, mobility, and flexibility training program that takes the needs of your body into account.
  • Muscular Synergy – this is a very comprehensive strength training analysis which reveals the weakest links in your kinetic chain.  Correcting those links, and getting the muscles to fire at the right time and with an appropriate amount of force, enhances your ability to train progressively.
  • Lifestyle Overview– Ruslan’s goal is to identify your life stressors and to educate you on how they impact your health and body composition.  He will also assess your sleeping habits, daily behaviours, and more.   Remember it was more than a lack of exercise that got your body to where it is today. Once you figure out the core triggers to gaining fat and declining health, you will be able to address those triggers and achieve greater success.
  • Medical Analysis – your medical history plays a big role in how successful you will be with your body transformation.  Are you on any medication?  Are you a diabetic, do you suffer from depression?  Ruslan will work with you to improve your health through nutrition advice, lifestyle coaching and strength training.  Ruslan will also discuss some of the dangers of depending on pharmaceutical solutions for good health and disease prevention. There is a better way to achieve good health.
  • Dietary Analysis – are you a Yo-Yo dieter?  Have you tried fat burners in the past? Have you always struggled with fat loss?  Your dieting history impacts your body and mind in a big way, and could explain why you’re having trouble loosing fat today!

Ruslan uses this information to design all of the necessary protocols that will guide you to your peak health, your personal mountain top.  Your exercises will be designed around your strengths and limitations, and each training variable will be chosen to support your outcome goal.  Unlike generic programs, your nutrition protocols from Ruslan will be created based on your medical history, current medical status, nutrition deficiencies, hormonal status and your outcome goals.

You will see Ruslan on regular basis and consult and train with him in person. He will monitor your progress and make sure that you are training safely – executing all exercises properly and making adjustments as needed – and he will hold you accountable for showing up and training.
